At I Teach Globally, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the process for requesting them.
Standard Courses
Due to the digital nature of our course content, all sales are generally final once access has been granted. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates.
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
Affiliate and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased at a discounted rate via an affiliate or promotional link are non-refundable. By completing a purchase at a discounted price, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Instalment Plans
If you are enrolled on an instalment payment plan, you remain liable for all outstanding instalments regardless of whether you continue accessing the course. Cancellation of an instalment plan does not constitute a refund of amounts already paid.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible window at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3โ5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
